Here is a simple yet refreshing drink that is a perfect pick me up on a lazy summer afternoon.
Yields 2 8-ounce servings
1 cup coconut water
1 cup filtered water
2 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice,
1 teaspoon honey (or agave)
Add all ingredients to a large picture and stir. Serve in glasses over ice.
