SEAFOOD-1024x816

Whether it is broiled salmon, grilled shrimp or a fried catfish po’ boy sandwich, the fruits of the sea can be quick cooking, very tasty, super healthy and easy  enough to make  for  every night of the week and for any occasion.

The wonderful thing about fish and shellfish is that they are low in calories, sodium, and cholesterol,  protein-packed seafood provides vitamins and minerals and may reduce the risk of heart disease and lower your blood pressure. The key to incorporating more seafood into your diet is knowing how to cook it and finding recipes that you just cannot live without.

And here are a few of my favorite seafood recipes that I know that you will come to love, in time.
