With an array of ingredients best described as ‘Nature’s Bounty’, vegetables can be  consumed raw or cooked.  Vegetables are so versatile that they can be fresh, frozen, canned, or dried/dehydrated and may be whole, cut-up, or mashed for a variety of culinary delights.
