I’m Tangie Holifield. I am a scientist, an educator, an author, a photographer, culinary enthusiast and CEO of Miss Jenny’s Jellies & Jams. With my background and experience in promoting sustainable food choices through the recipe selections on my blog, On the Menu @ Tangie’s Kitchen, I capture exceptional flavors and visual histories about the foods we eat and how we eat.

In addition to my work, I am also currently documenting the culinary history of the Mid-Atlantic U. S. for a forthcoming book to be published by The History Press.
