After many attempts in the kitchen, I finally perfected the Banana Pudding Gelato recipe with home made ‘nilla wafer cookies. It taste just like the classic Southern dessert, Banana Pudding, traditionally a cooked custard…..the only thing that is missing is the light and fluffy meringue topping!
